Holding an MBA in Strategy and Finance from ESSEC, he transformed a regional distribution business into an international medical-aesthetic company designing and manufacturing advanced products, supported by a strong global network and an expanding portfolio.
Cynthia GERMANOS, CCO
With over 20 years of international experience in sales operations within the medical aesthetics industry, Cynthia Germanos plays a key role at MD Skin Solutions. Holding a DEA from Sorbonne & Science-Po, she drives the company’s commercial strategy and growth, building strong partnerships and positioning the brand competitively. Her focus is on improving profitability, expanding the customer base, and preserving long-term brand integrity.
Dina GERMANOS, CIO
Dina leads innovation and R&D at MD Skin Solutions, shaping the development of new concepts and products that drive the company forward. With a background from ESA-ESCP in Paris and experience in business journalism, she brings a unique perspective to product development and long-term innovation.
Carine GERMANOS-BOUSTANI, CMO
Carine leads global marketing at MD Skin Solutions, combining creative vision with strong business acumen. She holds a GEMBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan and has delivered hundreds of scientific training sessions for healthcare professionals.
She has successfully led major product launches for both the Pluryal and meso’me ranges, as well as multiple corporate marketing strategies across the company. With extensive experience in European, Middle Eastern and Asian markets, Carine plays a key role in strengthening the brand’s international presence and driving its global growth, she plays a key role in strengthening the brand’s international presence.
